COVID 19 updated FAQs July 2022

COVID safety within Summer School is a matter of collective and personal responsibility.

  • We recommend that everyone test for COVID 19 on the morning of departure before leaving for Summer School. Please only attend if your test is negative and you are not experiencing any symptoms of COVID 19.

  • We recommend that folk test twice per week during their stay. We kindly request that people bring their own test-kits.

  • In the event of feeling unwell/experiencing symptoms associated with COVID, participants are required to test immediately. Should the result be positive, an affected person must isolate in their room immediately and contact Sue Stothard in order to make necessary arrangements i.e. for collection by a friend/family member or isolation at Moreton Hall. If you do have COVID, you would sadly have to leave the course. If you are feeling unwell, we advise you to inform the course organiser in any case.

  • It is important that we adhere to this protocol in order to create a safe space and to mitigate the disruptive effects of infection if it were to occur.

  • Please email jazzsummerschool@aol.com if you have any further questions.
